Scholarship Program
About the Program
The DK DePaul Prep Scholarship Program is dedicated to facilitating a
stream of funding which will provide a scholarship opportunity to
deserving students in the DePaul Prep community.
The program supports this funding through allocating 25% of any Real
Estate Transactional fees from DePaul Prep friends, family and referrals
that are selling or purchasing property or those wishing to direct a portion
of their real estate proceeds to the DK DePaul Prep Scholarship Program.
● The fund will be an accumulation of monies over time to help serve
students and support the many undertakings of today’s education.
● The program would select deserving students on an annual basis
and over time evolve into an endowed scholarship fund.
● The DK DePaul Prep Scholarship program is set up so DePaul Prep
has full stewardship on the disbursement of the funds.
● Contributions will be donated in the name of the Buyer, Seller
or Referral person or persons, to the DK DePaul Prep Scholarship
fund, allowing the organization to realize the contributions as tax
deductible.
*The program does not guarantee admission into DePaul Prep.
*Applying incoming students must go through the DePaul Prep
enrollment process.
Who We Are
Rich Kasper and Charese David are Roscoe Village based brokers who work throughout the city with buyers, sellers, developers and renters. A combined 46 years of experience and over a billion in Chicago real estate sales, our goals are always to serve our community in the most ethical and passionate manner. We work tirelessly for our clients, helping them realize their real estate needs.
